The 3D Repo Model Viewer application for Procore allows you to attach key 3D models to a Procore project. Thus, allowing your team to access their BIM & digital Twin data quickly and freely.
If you wish to use this application, you will need to have a 3D Repo user account with access to the relevant models/federations.
Once you have installed the App, go to the Configuration tab and select + Create Configuration
This will launch a pop-up window where you can add the following:
Projects - This is a list of Procore projects that the models will be available to
Title - A good description of the model to help users understand what it is
Model ID - The model ID of the model you wish to share, this is a string of letters and numbers found at the end of the model URL
Teamspace - The name of the 3D Repo teamspace where your model is stored
Project ID - The Project ID of the model you wish to share, this is a string of letters and numbers preceding the model ID in the model URL
You will now be able to access your models via the Apps section of your Project. You can add as many models to each project as you wish and even use the 3D Repo API to update them automatically from your Procore document library.
